Why is the scanner laser light not bright?
The Scanner laser and light on top of the scanner can become dark/ lose brightness if the device needs to be recharged.
A dim light on the Scan2 barcode scanner module indicates the unit has low battery and needs to be recharged. Charge the scanner module on Scan 2 charge dock to recharge the device.
If the scanner lamp appears to burnt out- Rufus Labs will replace the unit - Contact Rufus Labs Support (support@rufuslabs.com) for replacement.
