RC Pro3 (Rufus Cuff Pro3) Factory Reset Instructions

How to factory reset your RC Pro3 device

1. Starting from a shut-down device, hold down the power + volume up buttons

2. You should have been taken to a black screen with three Boot Modes: click volume up to highlight Recovery Mode

3. Click volume down to open Recovery Mode

4. From the Android Recovery screen click volume down until “Wipe data/factory reset” is highlighted

5. Click the power button to select “Wipe data/factory reset”

6. Click volume down to highlight Factory data reset

7. Click the power button to run Factory reset (this should kick off the reset)

8. After running the reset, the device should go back to the Android Recovery screen

9. Click the power button to Reboot the device

10. After completing these steps the device will boot up and prompt you to complete the basic device setup. Allow all requested permissions when doing setup and attempt to login to WorkHero after setup is completed.
