How to use the new Incident Reporting feature on Rufus WorkHero 5.7

Users can report incidents in their facilities using the new Incident Reporting feature in the Rufus WorkHero Android app. Managers can view incident reports in the Rufus WorkHero dashboard for admins.

Workers can report incidents while in their workplace or facility using their Rufus Android Display Devices: the Rufus Cuff Pro 2 or the RADD Tab rugged android tablet. 

To report an incident:

Step 1: Open the WorkHero app on your Rufus Android device

Step 2: Select "Incident Reporting" from the Hamburger Menu

Step 3: Fill out the fields including Name, Location, Type, Description, and a photo. 

Step 4: Hit "Submit" to officially send your incident report to your WorkHero admins(s). 

Once the incident report is submitted - your WorkHero account admins are notified via email and can access the incident report in the rufusworkhero.com admin dashboard. 

Admins can log-in to rufusworkhero.com and click "Incident Reports" on the left menu bar to view all incident reports. 

Click on any image to expand and inspect the incident image.
